How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your items to the cart, and checkout. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll handle sourcing, packing, and shipping to your Pacific location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards). More local payment options will be added in the future.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes, you can pay with your local currency. Your bank or card provider will automatically handle the conversion based on current exchange rates.

Shipping is based on weight, starting from $20/kg plus a small service fee. This ensures you only pay for what you actually ship.

Where can I collect my items?

Orders can be picked up at our local collection site. In the future, we will expand to more pickup locations.

What is your return policy?

Because products are sourced from Australia and shipped internationally, we currently don’t offer change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your product is damaged in transit or doesn’t arrive, we will work with you to replace it or issue a refund depending on the situation.
